Australia Post is a long established, credible organisation that has built a strong reputation in Australia and internationally over their 200 years of operation.
As one of the most trusted brands in the country, we know we can rely on Australia Post to deliver; and you can too!
Delivering parcels is Australia Post's core business and they are the premier provider in the “Business to Consumer” market.
Their speedy and accurate sorting and highly reliable transport linkages assure correct delivery and all articles are treated with care and diligence.We predominantly use their “Post eParcel” services to deliver securely anywhere in Australia.
This is a “Signature on Delivery” service that offers you the ability to “Track” the progress of your parcel(s). We have also arranged for Australia Post to send you a personalised eMail notifying you when your parcel has been despatched by them.
During our “Check-Out” process, you can even provide us with “Special Delivery Instructions”, that we will pass on to Australia Post and, on a best endeavours basis, they will instruct their Network and Delivery Facility to try and fulfil your Special Requirements.
Should you be unavailable to accept an eParcel delivery (at your nominated Delivery Address), Australia Post has a free Carding Service .
That means - a card will be left in your mailbox advising that your parcel can be collected from the nearest Post Office, at your convenience.
Carded parcels can be stored at the nominated Post Office for a period of up to 10 business days, at no additional cost to you.
