This Terms and Conditions between you and eSold Australia Pty Ltd. This agreement applies to you when using our site esold.com.au.
You must be a registered member with esold.com.au to make orders and access few features of the website. You will disclose us with personal information and you can be certain that your information will be treated as strictly confidential, will never be shared with any other party other than as required to send you orders, marketing communications, daily email alerts and ship your products. You must ensure your information is accurate and current.
When placing an order, you must review it carefully. You are unable to cancel or change it once order is placed. You are responsible for all orders placed on your account including errors in your order caused by you. We are unable to accept the product for refund or exchange if you simply made an incorrect purchase or change your mind.
Direct Import Goods
Direct import goods with a low value of less than $1,000 are not subject to GST. They are subject to the GST low value import threshold. Most of our products are not subject to additional costs for taxes or duties. However, of an event situation instance additional duties are required and you will be recorded as the importer of the goods and will be the responsible for paying any taxes where applicable.
Shipping and Delivery
We endeavour to ship products same day or next business day of order being placed. Please allow up to 3 – 14 business days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates only. During peak periods, our carriers may delay beyond our control.
Your order will be sent from one of our international dispatch centres through express post. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify or change the options of any delivery at our absolute discretion.
We are unable to accept the product for refund or exchange if you simply made an incorrect purchase or change your mind. However, we might consider accepting goods back with a restocking fee of 20% on a case by case if the item is unopened.
If you have a problem with your item, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and advise whether you may be returned the item for refund, repair, or exchange. We will make a decision on your dispute in accordance with our returns policies. If we believe the item was not used in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions, failure to take reasonable care or the item have been misused, we will reject and return your item to you.
